Generation Floors is owned by Mark Higgs. Flooring is a Higgs family tradition that started with Mark's father. Mark remembers at 9 years old helping his dad on installation projects. He was taught the value of a job well done and the pride that comes with building a life-long reputation of integrity and quality.  Carson Higgs has joined the family business and takes pride in continuing the traditions of excellence. 

The Higgs family first settled in Kaysville in the 1800's their roots are deep and their love for this area is GENERATIONAL. They provide quality products and exceptional service.

Holly Ord is a Kaysville resident and the owner of "To Market" which specializes in vintage, hand-picked, crafted items. Holly chooses each piece and will only buy items she'd want in her own home. Vintage stoneware (poterie renault), Old Stock pottery from an abandoned factory in France, copper pots, linens, and much more adorn her store. She partnered with Jeni Carlson, owner of  "Madeleine L'Amour" and together they've expanded their store. They're located at: 5 North Main Street, Kaysville. Jason Sanders and his wife, Dani are the owners of Annie's Diner located in the Heart of Kaysville City.  One day while eating in the diner, Jason decided that if it ever became available he would buy it and that's exactly what they did.   As new owners; they've preserved the look and feel of the diner, added new options such as a variety of freshly baked cookies and new menu items, and remodeled their conference room all resulting in a clean, fresh dining experience. 

Annie's offers take-out services through GrubHub, as well as Dine in with plenty of seating available.  People line up early on Saturday mornings for their famous, freshly made scones and their ultimate secret honey-butter, using local honey.

Meet the three Female Officers of the Kaysville Police Department: Sgt. Lacy Turner, Officer Lexi Benson, and Police Academy Student Noelia Sarmiento. Noelia will join the Kaysville Police Department full-time upon graduation.

Sgt. Turner and Officer Benson are both dedicated officers who've committed their lives to Public Safety and Service. Sgt. Turner has received the First Responder Award, Law Enforcement Hero Award, D.A.R.E. Program Officer, and School Resource Officer,  She started "Cops Love Lemonade" which is a program that encourages the city youth to invite the Police to Lemonade Stands throughout the State these are just a few of her many contributions to the KPD. 

Officer Benson is the Community Policing Officer and the Department Public Information Officer. She created the "Kaysville Cash" Program during COVID-19 to support Kaysville Small Businesses.  She's a Certificate of Merit recipient and has received many awards for her outstanding accomplishments in Kaysville City. 

Noelia has always wanted to be a Police Officer and begins as a full-time student at the Police Academy next week.

Dallas is a small business owner, after achieving success with several other businesses (financial planning and insurance), he decided to open an ice cream store in the perfect location on the corner of Kaysville's Historic Main Street Street.  This corner was the home of the original Barnes Bank and most recently All State Insurance.  Dallas has renovated the space and created a beautiful new store. He wants his customers to enjoy delicious ice cream from the BYU Creamery and have a great experience as they interact and mingle with customers and employees.

Jennifer Tran grew up in the restaurant business, her parents owned a restaurant so she learned firsthand how to manage and run a successful business. She's a master social media marketer and has created quite a buzz for Nikko Sushi.  She wants their restaurant to be a gathering place for friends and families to enjoy.  Along with their incredible food, they offer activities for children and adults. Karaoke, Coloring, Bingo just to name a few of the events they offer on a weekly basis for customers eating dinner and spending quality time with their families.
